Refund & Exchange
Unfortunately we are unable to refund for change of mind.
If your object is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 30 days. We are happy to work with you and the artist to arrange repairs, or, if the damage is irreparable, we will refund the costs in full.

Postage
Postage costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your object. All of our objects are different, and some of the larger, more fragile ones may have special delivery requirements. If this is the case, we will contact you shortly after your purchase.
Can I pick up my object in person?
Yes you can! In fact, we encourage it. Enter discount code PICKUP107 when you check out, and you won't be charged for postage. Bear in mind we can't change it once your purchase has been made, so make sure you can pick it up.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
As much as possible! We reuse plastic packaging from other arts organisations, such as Sullivan + Strumpf and Sydney Art Store - it's not perfect, but we are giving a second use to otherwise single use plastic. Where we need to use new packaging, we make sure it's 100% recyclable.
How does my purchase help to support local, emerging artists?
Okay, nobody's asked this question, but we think it's pretty exciting. All of our objects are hand-made, one offs or limited editions by some of our favourite local artists. We keep costs low so that the maximum amount of profit from your purchase goes straight back to the artist. You can check it out below (because we love a good map).
